For great ideas, it is not stringent as best solutions. It can be presented in any format if you really think that's a great idea.

Please note that your ideas should be able to make people feel fun, and want to have a try immediately. A game strategy or a movie review may not be able to make people feel fun, since when we know everything so easily, it would not be fun at all when we actually play the game or watch the movie. For some games, if it is too complicated and takes a lot of time, it will be more like a job instead of having fun.
